FAQs
About the Products
Q1. Are all your products handmade?
Not all, but most are. We curate a thoughtful mix of handmade, artisan-crafted, and ethically sourced small-batch goods created by independent makers, NGOs, and rural entrepreneurs.
Q2. What does ‘artisan-made’ mean?
It means the product is crafted with skill – often by hand or in limited batches – with attention to heritage, detail, and quality, even if some machine processes are involved.
