  • During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days post-dispatch for domestic orders.

  • International delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs & Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, shipping location, and selected delivery method.

  • The final shipping cost displayed at checkout is inclusive, unless customs/import duties apply.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for applicable customs, duties, or import-processing fees, unless otherwise specified.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can also track your shipment from your Baksa Tales account dashboard.

Customs & Duties

  • For international shipments, customs clearance, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise.

  • Pre-paid customs options may be offered at checkout for select regions.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders must be shipped to a verifiable street address.

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Baksa Tales reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact hello@baksatales.com within 3 days of the delivery attempt.

  • We will coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue via replacement, refund, or another solution as appropriate.

  • For high-value items, you may request insurance coverage at checkout if available.

Returns & Refunds
