RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

At Baksa Tales, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a transparent, fair return and refund experience. As a curated marketplace of handcrafted and small-batch goods, each product is unique and made with love by artisans. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo/video evidence to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of many products, we cannot accept returns for:
Personalized or customized items
Products marked as ‘Final Sale’
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Return Process
Email hello@baksatales.com with your order ID, issue description, and relevant images/videos.
Once approved, we will guide you through a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back to us.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment method provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, re-check your bank account or payment app
Then, contact your bank or payment provider directly

Exchanges / Replacements
We currently do not offer direct exchanges or replacements. You may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
To cancel, please email us at hello@baksatales.com with your order details.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
