Refund Option
Our return and refund policy is as follows:

Refunds will be accepted only for damaged products, such as visible cracks or large scratches that have significantly affected the artwork. However, we require that such requests be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To qualify for a refund, customers must provide photographs of the damage and ship the product back to us. If the damaged product is in stock, a replacement will be offered. If not, a refund will be processed upon receiving the damaged item. For international buyers, only the cost of the product will be refunded.

In cases where we disagree on the reason for requesting a refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. We will refund the cost of the product only. No replacements will be offered in such situations.

Please note that as our products are handcrafted, minor inconsistencies may be present. Refunds will not be granted for such reasons, as these variations are characteristic of all handmade goods. Additionally, zoomed-in photos of small spots and marks will not be considered eligible for refunds.
